Alexa + Tony’s Wedding at Stanly Ranch | A Stunning, Modern Celebration in Napa Valley


There are weddings that are stunning to look at — and then there are weddings that stay with you. Alexa and Tony’s day at Stanly Ranch was both.


From the very beginning, these two were a dream to work with — kind, grounded, and so deeply in love. Their vision was elegant yet meaningful, modern but full of heart. And every single part of their wedding reflected just that.

I had the honor of capturing it all — authentically and artfully — on both digital and 35mm film. My approach to storytelling photography is rooted in emotion, and using both mediums allows me to preserve moments with truth, texture, and timelessness artistically.


The Ceremony: Sculptural Beauty Meets Natural Romance


Held beneath Stanly Ranch’s iconic rusted steel arc, the ceremony was one of the most breathtaking I’ve witnessed. The aisle was lined with lush, wild florals by Linzy Griswold with Form & Flower in earthy tones with pops of lavender and burgundy. Everything felt organic — like it grew right out of the land around it.


Alexa looked incredible in her gown from Mitchell Dane Carr via Studio I do Bridals, and Bliss Bridal Beauty brought such soft glam to her look. Her walk down the aisle was full of emotion. You could feel the energy shift. Tony’s reaction said it all. It was one of those moments that reminds me just how lucky I am to do this work.


The Vows + That First Kiss


With the sun dipping low over the vineyards, Alexa and Tony exchanged vows that were personal, heartfelt, and completely them. Their first kiss as husband and wife — surrounded by wind, florals, and open sky — was cinematic in the most genuine way.


I photographed the ceremony on both digital and film — capturing the vibrancy and depth of color in the moment while also preserving the softness, nostalgia, and emotion that only film can bring. Amari Productions was alongside me capturing it all in motion, and I couldn’t imagine a better team to help tell their story.


Reception: Textural Elegance + Thoughtful Details


The reception was truly stunning. Mia Sylviaa's flowing textile installation created a dreamlike softness that floated above each table, catching the light like poetry in motion. Events by Mckenna brought the whole vision to life, with intentional design in every corner — from the tablescapes to the candlelit ambiance.


The modern rentals from Encore Events Rentals paired beautifully with lush, layered florals. It felt elevated yet inviting — a true reflection of Alexa and Tony’s style and energy.


When Alexa changed into her stunning reception look from Ouma Bridal, it was the perfect outfit for the celebration that followed. Second Song Official had the dance floor full in no time, and the joy in that room was palpable.


I photograph weddings for people who love deeply, live intentionally, and want to remember how it felt. Shooting both digital and film gives me the ability to capture each fleeting moment with honesty and soul — from crisp, emotion-filled candids to soft, grainy frames full of nostalgia.


Working with Alexa and Tony was an absolute dream. They trusted me fully. They were present with each other and with their people. And their love was effortless to photograph — because it was so genuine.


These are the couples I feel so honored to work with — and this day is one I’ll never forget.
